ARIZONA FRIENDS OF TALKING BOOKS
About Arizona Friends of Talking Books
Arizona Friends of Braille Talking Books was established in 1999 as a non-profit organization to support the Braille and Talking Book Library, its volunteer programs and local recording studios through fundraising.
The Arizona Friends of the Braille Talking Books Library is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity organized for the purpose of supporting and enhancing the Arizona Braille & Talking Books Library through advocacy, outreach and development.
Over 2,000 local interest books and magazines have been recorded by volunteers and made available to our patrons on digital media and through download from BARD (Braille and Audio Reading Download.)
The Friends also provide a collection of ‘audio described’ DVD movies to our patrons.
